Reimbursement Coverage

Reimbursement will be provided for the following services when performed on the covered vehicle:

Tire Service

  • Flat Tire Change: Covers the changing of a flat tire using the vehicle’s inflated spare tire.
  • Tire Repair: Up to $50.00 for tire repairs performed at the facility that issued the card.
  • Tire Replacement: Up to $150.00 for tire replacement if the tire is non-repairable.

Limitations:

  • Tires with less than 3/32″ tread depth are not covered.
  • Coverage is limited to two (2) tire repairs or one (1) tire replacement per warranty period.
  • Replacement coverage applies to the tire cost only—installation and additional fees are not covered.

Battery Jump-Start

Covers up to $25.00 for jump-starting a dead or weakened battery using a booster battery.

Fuel or Fluid Delivery

Covers up to $25.00 for the delivery of fuel or fluid to your disablement location.
Note: You are responsible for the cost of the fuel or fluid itself.

Towing Service

Covers towing costs up to $100.00 per incident.

Locksmith Service

Covers up to $100.00 for locksmith services if your keys are locked inside the covered vehicle.

Non-Covered Emergency Roadside Protection Items

The following services and circumstances are not covered under the Emergency Roadside Protection plan:

  1. Parts, Fuel, and Labor Costs
    • Cost of parts, replacement keys, fluids, lubricants, gasoline, or product installation.
    • Additional labor related to towing or tow setup beyond what is specifically covered.
  2. Non-Emergency Services and Damage
    • Mounting or removing tires, snow tires, or chains when not related to an emergency.
    • Routine tire repair services not related to an emergency.
    • Any fines, or damage/disablement due to collision, fire, or vandalism.
  3. Towing Restrictions
    • Towing from or repair work performed at a service station, garage, or repair shop.
    • Service on a vehicle that is not in a safe condition to be towed.
    • Non-emergency towing or non-emergency services of any kind.
    • Impound towing, towing by unauthorized providers, or vehicle storage charges.
    • Second towing services for the same incident.
    • Towing or service on roads not regularly maintained, such as sand, open fields, forests, or areas closed due to construction or weather damage.
    • Towing for vehicles over 1-ton gross vehicle weight, taxicabs, limousines, or commercial vehicles.
    • Towing directed by law enforcement for traffic obstruction, impoundment, abandonment, illegal parking, or other violations of law.
  4. Exclusions Related to Driver Conduct
    • Emergencies caused by the use of intoxicants, narcotics, or the vehicle’s use in the commission of a felony.
  5. Routine Maintenance and Repeat Calls
    • Service calls caused by failure to complete routine maintenance or repairs previously identified and recommended by a repair facility.
    • Only one disablement per cause during the warranty period will be accepted.

Visit affinityap.com and click on “Emergency Roadside Protection” and submit your claim within 30 days of the approved service date with proof of a valid receipt.

Important Details:

  • This reimbursement program is valid for 180 days from the original purchase date at a qualified service facility.
  • Coverage is non-transferable to any other vehicle or individual.
  • Emergency roadside protection is strictly a reimbursement service—payment is not made at the time of service.
  • Approved claims will be reimbursed by Affinity Automotive Products, Inc. via check mailed within 15 business days of receiving all required documentation.
  • Maximum reimbursement is $150.00 per occurrence for approved services, with no more than two (2) approved services per warranty period.
  • Failure to provide the completed claim form and/or related repair orders may result in denial of the claim.
